Ranger Sensor™ Module

Wireless Ranger Sensor modules are mounted on the machinery components being monitored. These compact yet rugged sensors'hibernate' until a scheduled vibration or temperature recording is requessssted by the OnlineManager™ software.

Using the 'Wake on High Vibration' feature, these sensors can also be programmed to wake automatically and take an immediate measurement if a user-configured vibration level is exceeded.

Once a measurement has been taken and transmitted, the sensors then return to their previous sleep state until required again. With recommended usage, sensor battery life can exceed 18 months.
